Her post-playing career has been just as dynamic as her time on the court. Krista is the founder of KEO Services, LLC, a custom gifting and packaging company launched in 2012, and the visionary behind Krista Redpath Media, where her love of basketball and storytelling has grown into a thriving broadcast and podcast career.
As a seasoned color analyst for women’s collegiate basketball, Krista has spent over a decade calling games on ESPN platforms and the Scripps Sports Network. She has provided commentary for every Cat-Griz rivalry matchup since 2016 and every Big Sky Conference Tournament game since 2015 more than 135 games and counting.
Her work extends beyond the broadcast table. As host of The Krista Redpath Show, she brings the game, the athletes, and their stories into the studio with insight, energy, and heart. Recent episodes have featured names like Jace Henderson, Danny Sprinkle, and Katie Faulkner, with more high-profile guests coming in just her first season.

Gabe specializes in strength, conditioning, and performance training, built around movement that translates directly to game-day results. His training style brings positive energy and creativity to every session which mixes effective creative lifting with functional work that builds balance, speed, and durability athletes can feel in their game. With experience training athletes from middle school through professional levels and more than eight years coaching soccer, Gabe knows how to shape athletes, not just workouts. We have seen first hand with our own children as well as multiple LWJ athletes who have worked with Gabe, we simply can not recommend him enough.
He believes the most inspiring person in the room isn’t the one who’s mastered it, it’s the one who shows up willing to grow. That mindset defines 406AMCREW and fits so much of what LWJ wants to make sure student-athletes can use throughout their lives.

Supporting Montana's Future: The Josh Huestis Foundation and the Montana Elite Invitational
LWJ has been proud to volunteer and serve as a guest speaker at the Montana Elite Invitational for three consecutive years. This premier 3-day showcase brings together Montana's top high school basketball prospects to compete against the best, play with their friends, and learn what it takes to succeed at the college level. Beyond exposure to college scouts, the MEI educates young athletes about recruiting, develops their character, and provides opportunities to give back to the community. The Josh Huestis Foundation's commitment to creating these comprehensive experiences for Montana youth aligns perfectly with how we want to support and engage with athletes and families.

Girls AAU Program
LWJ College Fit Consulting has proudly partnered with Pfahler Hoops to bring elite, next-level opportunities to girls' basketball athletes in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. Together, we are committed to creating an empowering environment that prioritizes player development, clear communication, and integrity, ensuring each athlete is set up for long-term success. With Pfahler Hoops, parents and athletes can trust they are working with a program that is all-in for the right reasons.

Boys AAU Program
LWJ is proud to partner with Huestis Elite AAU, led by one of Montana best prep stars, former Stanford and NBA standout, Josh Huestis and former NAIA assistant coach, Shaughn McKeon. Their mission to establish an elite AAU program that provides Montana's top boys talent with access to high-level competition but also balance out their experience honesty, strong male mentorship that lasts a lifetime as well as coaching and experiences that benefit players well after their high school days.
What truly differentiates Huestis Elite from other AAU programs is their commitment to mentorship and, most importantly, their honesty with athletes and families. They don't make empty promises or oversell opportunities. Instead, they build genuine trust by taking time to know each player individually, understanding their goals, and providing realistic pathways to success. This authentic approach has resulted in building proper relationships with college programs and earning their annual invitation to compete in the elite Recruit Look circuit.
