Between some major live altering moments and coaching at the high school level for five years, I learned that recruiting information is super generic. There has to be a better way.

So I spent 10+ years studying what actually works. Not theories. Not guesses. What WORKS. I combined that research with 15 years in marketing and design to build a system that takes the guessing out of recruiting.

100% placement rate over 3 years. $3.6M in scholarships earned. 42% email open rates, compared to national average of 5-10%.
